Service
EFFECTIVE DATE: DECEMBER 29, 2025. This document constitutes the legal protocol for all WyVE engagements.
Engagement with WyVE Media constitutes an immediate and full acceptance of these terms and our standard operating protocols.
SERVICES & SCOPE
WyVE provides digital marketing, branding, and infrastructure engineering services. All deliverables are governed by separate, signed proposals that outline specific timelines and financial milestones.
USER OBLIGATIONS
Clients must maintain the asset pipeline and provide system access within agreed-upon sprint durations.
ASSET PIPELINE
Supply of all brand assets and approvals required for high-fidelity execution.
TIMELINE SYNC
Responsibility for delays resulting from stalled approvals or missing protocols.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Upon final settlement of project fees, ownership of custom digital assets is transferred to the client. WyVE retains rights to underlying frameworks and proprietary methodologies.
LIABILITY LIMITS
WyVE's liability is strictly limited to the total project fee collected for the specific deliverable in question. We are not responsible for indirect fiscal losses.
TERMINATION
PROTOCOL TERMINATION UPON WRITTEN NOTICE. OUTSTANDING DUES REMAIN PAYABLE.
